• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• During sale periods or new drops, processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you informed.

Shipping Time

• Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

• Metro cities usually receive deliveries faster, while remote or rural areas may take a little longer.

Shipping Charges

• We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

• For orders below ₹999, a small shipping fee may apply.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available right now.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

• You can also track your order anytime using the tracking link provided.

Delays & Exceptions

• While we partner with trusted couriers to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control — such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

• If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeline, please contact us at sales@foxfinch.in and we’ll sort it out right away.

• We currently ship across all serviceable pincodes in India.

• International shipping is not available at the moment.
